Note: We do not store your credit card details. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

  • Deepgram: Provides speech-to-text and text-to-speech services for real-time interview conversations
  • OpenAI: Powers our AI interviewer and response analysis capabilities
  • LiveKit: Enables real-time audio streaming for voice interviews

  • Cloud Storage: We use secure cloud storage (Cloudflare R2/AWS S3) for resume files and interview transcripts

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Specifically:

  • Account data is retained until you delete it
  • Interview transcripts and reports are retained to track your progress until you delete them
  • Billing records are retained as required by law
  • Credits expire 90 days after purchase

You can delete your data at any time through your Privacy Settings. You can selectively delete interview sessions, saved roles, or your entire account. Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. We do not retain copies of deleted data except where required by law.
